3. AI Processing
Your questions are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI model. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to data processed by their models. We recommend not including highly sensitive personal details in your questions.
4. Data Security
Your password is stored as a SHA-256 hash — we cannot read it. All connections use HTTPS encryption. Data is stored on secured servers. We implement reasonable security measures, but no system is 100% secure.
5. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have rights to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data. Email: privacy@legalsamaj.com
6. Data Retention
Your account data is retained while your account is active. Disclaimer acceptance logs are retained indefinitely for legal record-keeping. You may request account deletion by emailing us.
